Contemporary sunset residence in Singapore
The sunset residence is a private apartment located in Bukit Timah in Singapore. The U-shaped house is
made of wood, steel and a lot of glass to allow natural lighting in to the various rooms. The entrance is beautifully decorated and it leads you directly to the spectacular swimming pool set right at the center of the U-shape. The living room is painted white and faces outside through the big sliding glass doors that give a beautiful view of the swimming pool.
The residence has the basement, the first floor and the second floor. The basement has a store, a shelter, a pump room and a balancing tank. In the first floor, there are two modern kitchens that are separated by a wall and you get to enjoy a lot of natural light that come in through the big glass windows. The big kitchen is open while the small one is closed to keep the sweet aroma of the food inside while cooking. An elegant dining room is situated right next to the kitchen. The master bedroom is located in the left wing of the house and it is fitted with a spacious master bathroom and a wardrobe. The first floor also host a master study room, a library, a music room and the maid’s yard. Upstairs, there is the family room and other five bedrooms that are separated using dark wooden walls. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and a modern designed wardrobe.
The spacious, white colored living room gives a magnificent view of the swimming pool through the big glass doors. The numerous glass windows keep the house well lighten during the day from the natural sun light. The private area is separated from the swimming pool by a wooden wall that has amazing decorations. The big interior space together with the natural lighting gives a great opportunity for large families to come together and share a wonderful time. The U-shape gives the house a great deal of privacy and allows a view of the swimming pool area from every room in the residence. The comfort of the house is also raised by the fantastic veneration through the various full height glass doors and windows. The up-stairs area is dedicated to private use by the owner and it has alternative lounges to sleep in when one wishes to get away from the regular family area.
